Kinda funny how all of the teams that are screaming the loudest about how much LSU's going to suck and how great their crappy programs are going to be next year are at the bottom of that list. Arkansas, A&M, Ole Miss, and Tennessee are the kings of the offseason every single year and end up sucking every single year, you think they'd learn at some point to just shut the frick up and enjoy the fact that they're slightly better in the big picture than Vanderbilt and Kentucky

Probably could go 15 years back, and the stats wouldn't change much. That's a long time. You were like, les than 10 years old when LSU started winning. LSU winning is all you really know.

True. LSU no doubt was ranked nearly every week from 2000 to 2004 as well with the exception of a few weeks in 2000.
We have averaged 10 wins per year, went to a bowl game, and had a winning season every year for the past 15 years.
Nobody else can say that except OU and tOSU.

In conclusion, LSU is overhyped about 50% of the time early on in the season only to conclude the season as a "real tough team with a great defense and zero offense."
Can't wait until this year when the defense is taken out of the equation as well. It should do wonders for their projected finish. Playofff material for sure.

Just once -- and I'm not singling you out specifically for something lots of Bama and Auburn and LSU and, for some reason, Arkansas fans do -- just once I'd like to see one of the threads where the OP's team doesn't make easy to predict who's going to be at the top of the ranking in question before I even click on the title.

Even better, LSU was ranked #1 when un-ranked Arkansas and Kentucky beat them in 2007. And fwiw, there wasn't any doubt in my mind that Arkansas would win that game.

KY was in top 10 after the LSU game and the hogs were top 25 heading into their bowl game.

I'm 23, but to respond to your point Tennessee football hasn't done anything noteworthy in my entire 15ish years of being a die hard football fan. I love how y'all want to claim that we're declining but the entire UT fanbase is still riding off of one national championship that took place almost 20 years ago
