Seems like everybody is getting themselves in trouble? Has there ever been a crazier year than this one?

If I had to guess, another one would be 2007. I think from 2006-early 2008, Alabama had 24 players arrested or reprimanded in some way? Georgia was the usual and Urban Meyer was in his prime.

I think it is just because your team has been in the news. I haven't found this year to be any more ridiculous than any other year.

If we keep this pace up we will all be playing with walk-ons come September.

I think the problem is Georgia. So far UGA has been pretty good about arrests BUT this has led to chaos and several other teams taking up the slack (AU, UA, and UT just to name a few).

You can't just mess around and unbalance the force the way UGA has.

Don't worry, UGA wont let down the conference. Over the summer we'll have some players get arrested for pot possession and/or underage drinking. They'll be suspended longer than a multiple DUI Bama player will be.

We'll have someone do something more serious like theft or sexual assault or something. He will be kicked off and end up at Bama, Auburn or LSU.

We will be called thUGA by the mouth breathers. Same as it ever was. Same as it ever was.

More to the point, SEC teams all recruit from the same pool of prospects. There's very little way of predicting which players will get into trouble, but I bet if you track them over time every team has about the same incidence of minor and serious offenders. All these attempts, including my sarcastic post, to suggest otherwise are just posturing.

He was suspended for A-day. Anything more would be cruel and unusual punishment.

People showed up to watch so it counts as a 1 game suspension.

Wicked to be sure but Sith Lord evil? I mean it was UF and all.

Tennessee, OTOH, was already a dumpster fire due to Kiffin's one and done and he sends us Dooley. Now that is some evil shite and undeserved at that. I think he just enjoyed the chaos of it all. And that's what makes it truly evil.
