21 sub .500 seasons in 10 years is quite the feat
Curley hallman had a losing season in the fall, spring, and summer every damn year
Fortunately for him, we werent invited to play in the winter

Not really feeling like doing this for all of the SECe... UGA looks to have 25 with the same criteria of minimum 8 games. (Only 19 if we exclude .500 seasons)
ETA: Got bored and figured I'd at least look up UF/UT
Florida - 29
Tennessee - 29

I feel sorry for State
They're Belk Bowl Champions now... No need to feel bad for them.

My early childhood sucked
But this century has been great. Especially since I'm a Saints and SF Giants fan too.

SECE, .500 or less, 8 game minimum:
UK - 63
Vandy - 61
USCe - 54
Mizzou - 49
UT - 30
UF - 28
UGA - 27
Wow, East. Pathetic.
