Not really feeling like doing this for all of the SECe... UGA looks to have 25 with the same criteria of minimum 8 games. (Only 19 if we exclude .500 seasons)

ETA: Got bored and figured I'd at least look up UF/UT

SECE, .500 or less, 8 game minimum:

UK - 63
Vandy - 61
USCe - 54
Mizzou - 49
UT - 30
UF - 28
UGA - 27
