Sheer numbers mean nothing. There is a reason LA has the most NFL players per capita and has for several years now. Mississippi too.

LA has beast skill players. AL has beast front 7 players.

LA seems to have the top WR every year and AL seems to have the top LB every year.

LSU has an advantage because they have no Auburn to share with.

Louisiana had a down year last year. Not even top 10

AL had 14 players drafted last draft including #1 overall
