There are members of the Manziel family that are very wealthy. They own a lot of land in East Texas between Tyler and Shreveport, LA, that have had many Natural Gas wells drilled on their land. This is property in the Haynesville Shale area of east Texas. That is a main source of there wealth.
FYI, in Texas if you own property in the Haynesville, Barnett or eagle ford Shale plays there s a good chance you have a windfall of $$$.

I think it's pretty creepy that everytime this kid does something other than eat/shite/sleep the aggies start a thread about it. Congratulations on finally having a good quarterback that lead you to the cotton bowl, I feel bad for your fanbase when he graduates/slumps. I guess it will be back to texags for most of you then
