quote:So the OP posted a week or so ago that Freeze and Shyheim Carter both hired lawyers.
Shyheim Carter imma assuming, don't know about the paying back money part of it tho... LINK
And now he's saying Saban supposedly made him pay back money he accepted from OM/Freeze?
This is confusing as hell.

Who the hell is S Carter, and what the hell does Saban have to do with him?
Don't bite and I will try to explain the delusion. First it was Bo Scarbough took money from an Ole Miss booster two years ago. However when they realized that was a Free Shoe U deal they have transferred this rumor over to Shyiem Carter's recruitment.

Enough legitimate stuff out there on Ole Miss. Don't pollute the water with nonsense. They are going to get what they have coming... but stop with the BS.

They wanted us to get it worse then SMU and can't stand there is no major recuriting violation tied to Freeze being reported by major outlets in the NOA. They really really need that in there.

Carter's handlers scared LSU away, they stopped recruiting him jr year

Speaking of BS... that's a bunch of it right there.

There are some players that stiffed OM and signed elsewhere.
They may start talking after exhausting their eligibility.
This will be a multi-year issue that isn't going away any time soon.
And the NCAA didn't go to Allen, Texas to eat brisket.

So what if the NCAA visited Allen Texas?
I feel for you that you suffer SLBS (severe little brothers syndrome).

More really really wanting Ole Miss to get hammered. We have been investigated for 3 years. Tunsil even had to go to Indy for the investigation and Chris Jones was interviewed and no one is reporting anything related to that is in the NOA. Keep the desperate need for Ole Miss yo get busted for something. Just more rumors. This is already a multi year thing and a NOA is sent and nothing is reported in there with major recuriting violations.
The NCAA talking to recruits after signing day is not new.

Well, the NOA has not been released, so...

Receiving an NOA is not a good thing. You chastise people wishing for something to happen to OM, yet brush off a major happening as everyday.
I hope yall get away with a minor major violation, like LSU or MSU, but you better cross your fingers

That's why I said being reported and I didn't say it's not in there. Our AD has said there is no LOIC so that leads me to think nothing major with the staff or AD know about but did not report.
I said no major recuriting violation the Saunders issue is major and we will be sanctioned for them. I never have denied that. If people want to get bring that up ok I'm just responding to people looking for major violations against this staff.

RA'd for shite post.
Check me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the 90 day window be up by the end of the month? We should probably know more then.

all the news came out end of January, but who knows when they actually received it

It's all just rumors right now.

No a NOA isn't good and there is some serious stuff in there. Not arguing that. But I am taking our AD at his word. I know everyone likes to say his already lied but no one can find an actual direct quote from him lieing about it.

They are fricking experts at this and beating the NCAA. I would listen to them.
