Good Lord, awful. That's such a B1G move.

Ole Miss has had broadcast quality video since like 2007 or so.
I thought the SEC mandated that every school has to put together a TV-quality crew with the new SEC Network +.
Guess that's not the case.

Yeah, it's horrible. And with our J school, you'd think it would be a lot better. Problem was, baseball was completely neglected by the prior administrations. Both Chancellor Loftin and AD Rhoades are new and both have made some strong comments about how important baseball is, especially in the SEC. Hopefully things will get better.

It appears the good camera crew is on the SEC+ broadcast of the #13 Mizzou vs #1 Florida women's softball game. Lot's of different camera angles on that game. I have also noticed many different camera angles for baseball games most of the time so I don't know what's up with that for this game, maybe resources spread too thin tonight.

If the excuse is that they are fricking retarded, then they have a pass.
No one that generates as much money as they do should have as poor television capabilities as Alabama has shown to qualify with.

Alabama is playing all their home games at the Hoover Met this year while their stadium is being almost completely rebuilt.

Real SEC schools have the resources to do more than one game at once without having to resort to a web cam and paying a couple homeless guys to do the broadcast.

we are still playing "catch up" because we are Mizzou and we do what we do.

Which is this. The whole game. Doesn't even cover the whole field. Doesn't move.
Foul ball? Who knows.
Where are the fielders? Out there somewhere.
Edit** Furthermore! The audio feed that you get is from Bama radio. Super low cost, super low effiency, super shitty time. I'm glad I only have to watch this shite when LSU plays them there.

I guess Bama isn't a real SEC school? I have seen several threads about their baseball team having the same issue? Anyhow, still waiting on the SECN check I guess.

Nice win, Missouri.
Did it with one camera and an announcer with a Milwaukee accent.
