He can create just enough offense to possibly sneak by Arkansas, Mississippi State or Tennessee. Bad news for those teams as prior to his return we had 0% chance of winning, now all three games will likely be competitive with our defense.

Bruh. We can't reverse the ship. It was Lock. Now it's Mauk.

We will be competitive cause of our defense. Period.

I've never seen a fanbase go from hating their quarterback and wanting him benched to wanting him back and loving him as much as Missouri

When has that ever happened before? And 99% want the future to develop in Lock but, realistically since our O-line is shite, Lock is a quick mofo.

I do believe ya'll will be improved with Mauk, but it's not exactly like ya'll were lighting up scoreboards before his suspension.

The only way we win one of these (throw in BYU as well) is if our defense scores some points.

We were competitive in all of our games.

We need wins, not competitiveness.

Hey you guys will still finish 6th in the East.

We will be 4-8 (1-7) but lost head to head with you.

East is down. When Mizzou and SC get back to form Florida will be put back in its place, fighting Tennessee for third from the bottom.

Whoever first said defense wins championships never had a Missouri offense.

Mizzou will always have a chance with Meth Man Mauk on the field..

..a chance at winning the battle of which team has the douchiest QB.

I've never seen a team go back and forth on it's QBs, touting each one as the next heisman winner, so fast.

Before the season it was all, "Mauk is the best QB in the SEC, by the end of the year he'll be in the talks for best in the country."

A few short weeks into the season, "Just wait until you all see our true freshman QB play, he's actually the good QB, Mauk isn't very good."

Now it's all, "Our team has a much better chance at winning with Mauk at the helm. Offensive machine he is."

really? The only thing I see in Mauk is he has more of an ability to overcome our shitty coaching staff than Lock does as a rookie. As for "loving and wanting back".. no, not really.
