Bomb squad didn't find anything in the student center. They're checking the Starbucks at Memorial Union too. So far it looks good.

Hopefully turns out to be nothing. Seems to me the problem that's just as big is that the MU Alert system was a complete failure and people were finding out via twitter from others. No texts. No nothing from the system. MU says because it was isolated, yet apparently dorms that were next door weren't advised or evacuated.

Yeah, it sounds like a cluster. They sent notification to parents, but not to students. That's messed up.

They tweeted that earlier, don't call MUPD unless it's an emergency. They're MUPD, it's their job to deal with issues, emergency or not. They can prioritize.
