If they knew he got kicked out someone should’ve waited outside with him until he got in a Uber. If he left before they could find him then IDK. Would hope someone would try and find him. Also, have to think the bar would hold some responsibility for over serving him to the point where he could barely stand up straight.

This is 100% true if they over served him. He may, also, have arrived drunk and they kicked him out after serving him one or not serving him at all. We will find out eventually.

I still can’t really wrap my head around how drunk you have to be to possibly fall into a river. I’ve been super, super drunk. First thing I’m doing is asking where my hotel is or getting an Uber / cab.

Most of us have all been in a spot where we are a little/lot fricked up...

Where were his friends? Frat star brothers?

Been to all 3. I’m not disparaging them at all, but I would say those are perfectly fine examples of cities that have strips of bars that are crowded and rowdy enough where even an extremely drunk person can wander down the street and still somewhat blend into the crowd.

It’s not a hill I’m going to die on so though if you disagree then I’m genuinely curious to hear why, instead of just saying you “I can tell you’re ignorant” again.

Yes.
I can think of a few instances where I could have fallen, drowned, or froze, but there was always someone who at least threw my arse into a cab.

Yeah, I’m not sure what dude is talking about. Does he think you’re saying those are the only cities where this could happen?

Rough new footage here - rough to look at, looks like the kid is scared to death, like maybe his heart palpitating badly and etc

LINK

old dipshit Harry Rex was never much on drugs at all, but the one time somebody laced a marijuana joint with angel dust, I felt like what I think might be happening with that kid

so some type of "upper"?

Wouldn't something in his drink make him do the opposite of running the sidewalks? like a "downer"?

Fair enough and the "ignorant" comment was apparently misguided.

I've lived here for 40 years which means I don't go to Broadway often. That is for tourists. I do go a couple times a year when I have to entertain or when the wife and get a hotel room and spend the day watching bridesmaids and others. It's fun in small doses but not my thing.

That said, I've seen people drunk on Broadway but rarely and, in every case, NMPD has always intervened quickly as there are always a lot of them around.

I've been on Beale St. and in the French Quarter at night many times and the need to have "your head on a swivel" feeling is 10x Nashville's Broadway.

I don’t think he was saying it’s unsafe. Just that there’s a bunch of drunk people contained within a relatively small area.

Isn’t there a MIT Physics grad who could calculate the rivers current, BMI, height, etc; with variables and give a pretty accurate mini grid of where his body might be if he did go into the river?

I live about 15 mins from Broadway. If you haven’t been over by Nissan Stadium lately there are some sketchy individuals that hang out around there. Not saying he made it that far, but it’s for sure not an area I would want to stumble into drunk at night.
