LB and CB will get tested. Could be some rough moments there.

At least the year of the QB is over. But, next year will be year of the RB. Y'all do have a good DLine though.

I think most predictions are overly optimistic for us this year. I think we're looking at somewhere around 9-3, 8-4.

Right now virtually all sportswriters are gonna base their predictions on last year for every team. I would personally expect a step back - Pinkel is having to rebuild and having witnessed the loss of an entire offense (WRs/TEs/QBs) recently it's tough. Even highly talented guys take a while to get used to being the starter. RBs are better able to step in than those in the passing game but it's hard to lose so much in terms of your skills guys.

You don't know enough about Mizzou football to spout off. Mauk will be just fine, probably better than Franklin. We had loads of talent and depth at WR. I'm only shocked that you left out the loss of Josey at RB too. Of course you probably didn't realize that we used 3 RB's almost equally and our 4th will step right into the 3rd spot this year.

If you knew a damn thing you would have hinged your argument on our loss of Sam and Ealy. Golden and Ray will put up similar numbers to Sam and Ealy (actually they just about did last year) but the problem is there isn't much depth behind them. We don't have a "Golden" and "Ray" coming off the bench. We are also thin at LB.

No, instead your inferiority complex and insecurities get the best of you and you spout nonsense because that's all you know.

DB and LB will be young units that'll have to grow up in a hurry. Otherwise, I think we'll be ok. Like 808, I expect a 9-3ish season.

I hope your team is just as clueless about Mizzou's strengths and weaknesses.

But using that same logic for this year they will be sitting at home in Dec/Jan.

Your tenuous grasp of basic statistics amuses me.

They tend to erupt in waves, this one has been pretty tame. Hooks have just been too shiny.

Well UGA ends their finals week on Cinco de Mayo so expect a surge then.

You have a very favorable schedule for that, imo. 8-4 would still be a great season given the production loss.
