I think it is a YUGE mistake...but what do I know?

I don't know about his abilities as a DL coach, but got damn Brick is the best first name a DL coach can have.

He's a great recruiter. Obviously had a couple bad years recently as a DL coach though.

I don't really understand the hate for the guy. He's not a world beater by any means, but there are much worse options.

This may be 1st known case of a coach being hired primarily because his name fit the job description, hell even if he does not work out I would keep the name "Brick" for the next DC.

It is really funny that a d-line coach blasted a 5 million dollar per year head coach in his home stadium.
