I don’t understand Mizzou here. We invest nothing into baseball and have the lowest paid coaching staff in the conference. Given those factors, we were getting a decent return. Is this an indication that Mizzou intends to back up the Brinks truck for the baseball program? If not, what was the point of this firing?

Marylands coach will be in the SEC next year. One of us will get him. Some rumors in Columbia of his being out main target.

These are the same people that picked Bieser over Vitello. They passed on Vitello because of his age and went with experience. Missouri had a chance to get right and missed big time.

They had a chance at Vitello. Vitello and Bieser both interviewed for same job. Missouri got it wrong.

Arkansas pitching coach Matt Hobbs is an alum and former Mizz pitcher. I wonder if they give him a look.

They don’t like hiring alums. If they did they would have taken Vitello and they wouldn’t be in this mess they are now without a coach.

Mizzou always seem like they are average or bad at every sport

They are the ultimate “oh yeah, I forgot about Mizzou” school
