That the SEC is allowing a cross-divisional game on the last week of the season means that don't think there is ever a chance of both teams being good enough to play in the SECCG in the same year.

This makes me sad because my mom lives in Fayetteville and now I don't get to catch the LSU game every other year when I am in for Thanksgiving

They obivously think that it's a possibility. There have been 6 rematches in the SECCG, it just so happens that none of them have been permanent opponents.
