Since 2007, the Tigers are in the top 5 of total draft picks. Since 2009, Mizzou has had as many first round draft picks as South Carolina, Auburn, Ole Miss, Arkansas Kentucky and Vanderbilt combined.
Add one more to that

Pretty impressive.
But, all 14 SEC programs have SOMETHING to brag about. All of us have our academic strengths, top 10-30 national curricula, campus strengths and treasures, athletic dept. strengths, traditions, etc.
e.g.
- LSU is the winningest BCS program since 2005 (Miles' first year)
- Has the second highest football graduation rates in SEC last couple of years.
- LSU usually is in the national top 3-5 annually for # of NFL draft choices and also in the national top 1-3 annually for # of players on NFL rosters at any moment.
- #10 all-time nationally in victories, #8 in bowl appearances.
- Averaged 10 wins per year since 2000.
- Was #12 nationally in wins and #9 in bowls - - - """"""" B E F O R E """"""" 2000.
- Top 10 national programs in Petroleum Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Landscape Architecture, Internal Auditing, Geophysics, etc.
Nationally recognized programs in Hurricane Engineering, MBA programs, Law, Medicine, Music & Dramatic Arts, Agribusiness, etc.
- Top 30 research institution - Carnegie Research Association.
- Internationally renowned Pennington Biomedical Research Institute.
- One of the 20 most beautiful college campuses ('Thomas Gaines' - Campus As A Work Of Art)
- 100,000 seat Death Valley in September
- Nationally renowned Cox Academic Center for Scholar-Athletes.
LSU could also easily take issue with the 7 criteria you mentioned at the bottom of your e-mail also.

I understand we should temper our expectation for Ole Miss:
Will Ole Miss win the egg bowl this season?
