Well since he started about 15 yards behind them I would figure anyone with decent speed would win with that much of a head start

Dude u may want to include that the guy had a 7 yard head start in a 40 yd race and the mizzou cb was in full pads...just saying. The mizzou fb player in full pads actually closed about 5 yards on the civilian anyway. Head up the mizzou cb wins even with pads on. Also, the fan was black...jk. But seriously.
