Girl, we have a Sun City and several knockoffs. All clustered near the NC/SC line. It's sent local taxes soaring.

I used to own a condo in Myrtle Beach and I sold that bitch about 12 yrs ago bc of the influx from Ohio.
Myrtle Beach was great back in the day...always kinda "touristy" but at one point Southern tourists > yankee ones. When that ratio flipped, the place went to shite.
Can't have anything nice without them descending upon it like locusts.

like a&m Mizzou is kind of a fish out of water in the SEC. neither really fit. but they gotta go somewhere. I mean the Big 12 imploded due to poor leadership and selfishness by one team not to mention the non-tejas teams being repulsed by tejas school politics.
now they are a team w/o a conference. they belong in the SEC as much as anywhere else I guess.
