MU Release

Screw Haith and Fuller. As if we needed this.

Self-imposed postseason ban this year, including SEC tournament. Loss of scholarship for this year. Loss of scholarship for one of next 2 years.

Also a loss of one scholarship sometime in the next couple of years, which Mizzou is in desperate need of....looks like Kim may keep his job for a couple more years. I certainly wouldn't have wanted to jump into that dumpster fire before, and now a new coach would be at even more of a disadvantage.

Missouri is also not participating in the SEC tourney so that'll shakeup how they make the bracket.

Not by much.

Instead of 5-10 getting single byes, 5-11 get them. 12 and 13 play each other on the first day and then the rest of the tournament is unchanged.

Mizzou spent 19 months assisting NCAA w/investigation into impermissible benefits. MU imposed postseason ban for 2015-16.

Well at least that one isn't a big deal.

Haith would've really been fricked if they hadn't of botched the Miami investigation. At least they've got it out of the way at this point.

By the way, where's that Mizzou fan who had the cousin in the AD that claimed only Mizzou and Vandy didnt cheat in the SEC?

Actually there has been some news put out today about that: UNC has officially announced that they are imposing a postseason ban for Missouri for the 2016-17 season....

Frank, try not to make it so noticeable next time

Joe Walljasper

Missouri says it received a verbal NCAA notice of inquiry on April 14, 2014. Frank Haith took the Tulsa job four days later

People talk about Kentucky getting away with murder, but I can at least say I've seen them hit with major violations in my lifetime.

UNC has become truly untouchable.

I read all of those "violations," and could only think "Who cares?" after every single one.

I wish the Power 5 conferences would have broken away from the NCAA when expansion happened.
