Geez, what a bunch of idiots. In any company you get harassment training as a manager and the first thing you do is elevate a complaint to HR. You listen to people and take it seriously. This is grounds for firing. You can’t just hope it goes away.

But yes, not acting on a sexual harassment charge is a career killer. Maybe he did pursue it and push the issue and nothing was there. But that doesn’t seem to be the case.

If the AD had knowledge of the situation and did nothing he deserves to be fired.
Did he learn nothing from Penn State.
The President,HR and Board of Directors need to meet and bring in the AD and ask the hard questions. They can’t just egnore this .
