Hehatedrew, how hard is it to get into ummc? And do you like it? Sorry I know this is way off topic.

What are you trying to get into? As far as liking it, I hate Jackson, but I will be done in a couple years, so I can handle it. It really makes a big difference as far as what you are trying to do. We are the only school in the state for SEVERAL programs, so that doesn't help...

As long as you have decent grades, you should be fine. If you don't, good luck on the MCAT. That's not my cup of tea, but I have a lot of friends in med school here and live with an M3. I also know a lot of people in the dental school. Dental has a smaller class than medical if that helps you any. I would also suggest UT-Memphis and even South Alabama. Word on the street is that Hattiesburg is getting a D.O. school, but that's just hear say on my part...

The only reason I'll apply to ummc is because Ill graduate from ole miss, but I'll most likely stay closer to home at like georgia medical college and see how far my connections get me at Emory.

Mississippi is better coached and is working for an NCAA bid- State is in dissarray and awful

State has played nobody and have beat nobody. They are as bad as a State team i've seen in many many years. I can't recall a State team looking this bad. The starting 5 has some talent but like Coonass said no coaching, and we just run around jacking up 3's and play no D. Like I said 81-60 is my prediction... though we may not score 60. Could be somewhere around 75-53

If Bost and Ravern Johnson are hitting 3's we win in a close one, but if they aren't Ole Miss covers the spread.
