I don't recall LSU fans cheering when your catcher got hit in the head, but he's wearing protective gear so it would have been fair game right? It's ok if you're a redneck, just own it

Probably gonna catch hell from my fellow State fans, but this Reb's statement has merit. It's hard to shrug off a redneck stereotype with tenements in the outfield.
It's an awesome atmosphere, but I'm glad the rigs are being scrapped with the new stadium being built.

I understand LSU has more snowflakes than most schools in the SEC and that their baseball fans are even worse considering the fact that they are led by the Head Snowflake Coach Mainieri. I recognize as an Alumni of Mississippi State I am privileged and have probably taken LSU fans and their players for granted in the past. As reconciliation I am willing to order a corn dog tonight out of respect for the corn dog nation. So if you are at the game and you see someone wearing a Mississippi State shirt and eating a corn dog there is a good chance it will be me. Hailstate!
In all seriousness, I am looking forward to the game tonight. I don't think I am going to make the SEC Tourney this year due to a work conflict, but in the past I have always enjoyed the LSU fans I have been around. See ya at the game.
