An Alabama security guard and Butch Thompson got into a shouting match after the security guard was trash talking our players for losing.

With 2 outs bot of 9th a Bama player grounded out to the pitcher, one ump said fair ball the other said the ball hit the player in the box

Next pitch, the guy hits the 2 run scoring double. Have no idea whether it was a foul or fair but I don't feel screwed. It's baseball.

Ball def hit the guy in the box. Umps looked awful, but it was the proper call.

Pretty embarrassing for MSU, team & school.
A random security guard doesnt represent Alabama, nor is he an official representative of the university.
The MSU assistant coach is however. It's the equivalent of getting in fights with fans.
Embarrassing and poor sportsmanship.
I expect a reprimand of the coach by the SEC Office.
