I concurr with that. Texas takes it in a landslide

Georgia and South Carolina have the same face with is impressive considering one is black and the other is white.

It's gonna be Miss Dakota or Georgia, the two ethnic girls. Miss Dakota looks like she has some native American in her perhaps. She's fairly spectacular.

Louisiana was by far the hottest one on there and in my opinion, no one was close. I also thought Georgia was pretty good for a change of pace.

Rules really should get loosened slightly in this area. hands over boobs is still coverage. Now if they were MY hands, thats different.
