Any more transfers and you're going to have that oversigning.com guy looking your way.

So far I'm seeing the Saban in Muschamp.

Not yet. I'll post when I hear something about it. He just had shoulder surgery I believe and missed the Spring.

Any rumors as to the reason he didn't feel comfortable there?

Wow, I didn't see this one coming. We bought all of our tickets on the Blakeley train, and that is why we didn't close as well at RB as we should have. I hope he finds a good home.

Hearing he feels like PT is going to be hard to come by at UF.

Rainey and Demps playing this year.
Gillislee is a Junior
Brown is a Sophomore
Burton is goal line and a Sophomore
Davis and Jones are incoming freshman in '12.

Possible.

I think AU, Clemson, and Louisville are all going to be options. There may be more as well.

Probably Muschamp's view as well. Doesn't sound like he fits the "blue collar over achieving" saying Muschamp uses all the time.

And he wasn't able to come to this conclusion before signing?

Any rumors on what D1AA school he's going to?

Well... Burton wasn't the goal line back when he signed, and we didn't have 2 RB's committed for '12 yet.

I think AU is a real option considering the lack of depth.

I hope AU is an option. That is assuming that Florida will release him to play at SEC schools, and if he didn't burn any bridges with the AU coaches. I remember there being a lot of heartburn over this one. I think he was a silent commitment to AU at one time.

Because Muschamp isn't putting restrictions on guys he recruited for a month and a half. He didn't really get to hand pick Blakely and neither did Weis.

I think most reasonable people thought AU was the better fit for him.... we had immediate PT, his style fits our offense better than Weis's, unknown coaching staff, etc.

personally, I'd say fuk MB.... he hung us out to dry and cost us with other players (like dee hart).... plus it wouldn't be fair to mason.

It was one of those situations where both schools felt good about him the entire time and IMO he wanted to play in a Spread type system, and we're not going to do that.

I'd rather not have him at AU even without the depth... he had his chance to wear the navy and blew it...
