DJ Durkin was cleared in that and wasnt around in the summer workouts. However Brian Kelly did kill a kid by telling him to go up on scafolding during a storm and died when he fell off.

I think it’s pretty standard procedure to not allow a player with multiple rape accusations to play for you. They initially did the right thing and suspended him until there were injuries and they needed him in the playoffs
