Nah....Bama lost to a team that lost to Memphis and darn near lost to UT.
Their claim to fame is beating.....Wisconsin? LSU? Tennessee? UF with Treon Harris?
Their best win was probably actually over us considering we would destroy everyone on Bamas schedule not named Ole Miss.
Mich State is plenty good enough to beat them.... Huge QB edge to Mich State as well which is a big difference in these defensive slugfests.
MSU beat Purdue and Rutgers by single digits. Also had some trouble beating Central Mich. and Western Mich. Don't forget that they lost to Neb. and got extremely lucky to beat UM.

I actually hope Bama wins. Just not as convinced as some that they will.

It will probably be something like 34-20 bama
No way MSU scores more on us than they did against Iowa (16-13). I predict 24-6. I'm giving credit to MSU'S defense although Jake may have his best game of the year against their weak secondary.

Cook was a bit dinged up in that game. He should be healthy in a few weeks and is very clutch on third down. Their lines are really good, too, but I'm not not sure if their offensive line can keep Cook upright in this one. Their weakness is in the secondary, and I don't know if I see Coker taking advantage of that. BB03 is about right on the prediction IMO. The only way I see State winning is if Kiffin gets burned on those 50/50 armpunt plays he loves calling at midfield.

The third string running back that year was Eddie fricking lacy. The two teams are completely different now. MSU's oline and dline are much much better than in 2010. That said Alabama is still the better team. We need a great gameplan and a few bama turnovers to give us a chance.

Watched MSU 3 times this year. UM, OSU, and Iowa. MSU is a tough, physical, and well coached team. They have a ton of confidence. Nothing but respect for Coach D and the Spartans.

I would take that in a second and be very happy. MSU may not be as flashy as OK or Clemson, but I could see both of those teams losing in convincing fashion if things go wrong. Even if MSU isn't sharp, nobody is going to blow them away. Their style of play keeps them in every game.

Won't be as bad as the CO Bowl from 2010, but I think it'd something like 23-13. Bama pulls away in the 4th.
Either way, glad I'll be going.

Using tRant revenge game logic- MD is pissed about that 2010 game and will win because of it.

No they will not. Dumb thread. Henry won't be able to rape their D like AU's. It will be low scoring, low mistake football. I'm looking forward to it.

Besides your season was much more embarrassing than LSU's
It would be difficult to top 1 win in the last 4, the greatest player in team history losing an award, the head coach firing debacle and the university admitting to changing a contract. Unless of course you added a former player being convicted of murder.
