The biggest/worst race riots have been up North, in multiple Northern cities. And consider that St. Louis is not considered a Southern city & look at all the racial hatred there. But as to football, the "North" has had 2 chances at knocking off the SEC in the NCG, and Ohio State, one of only 2 teams worth a crap, lost both of them in blowouts.

It's funny, everyone talks about the South not moving on and being "stuck", yet Northerners are always the ones making comments and references to the Civil War/racism in the south.
Not to mention the fact that virtually no Southerners leave the South for jobs, yet they can't get down here quick enough to compete for ours.

I don't blame them for hating on the SEC. If the Big was doing what the SEC has done this last decade, I would be hating on them as well.

Deep South CFB playoff isn't sustainable. My column a nation uninterested in seeing the Confederacy play each other: LINK

Think Ole Miss or Miss. St. is a feel good story? Read "Confederacy of Silence." It ain't been that long racism ruled these programs.
No one outside SEC country wants a Deep South college football playoff - so it isn't sustainable. My column: LINK
