a lot. too bad that has nothing to do with this thread. i have heard the drawbacks for gibbs as a pro prospect and they're legitimate. what that has to do with being the best player right now in the sec...well i dont know.

As an all-around player, Gibbs gets the nod. But of course, Cox is a monster at the plate... better than Gibbs.

You give up offense in the bigs, if you have a guy that can produce at the plate.

I don't believe I mentioned Eibner in my post but okay, I can play that too. Ranaudo will be taken before Eibner and Cox even get their first call.

how the frick can you say they sweep. Plus that's something your team didn't do and LSU took advantage of which is something LSU has done since the 80's. Also, I'm not surprised you dismiss the fact that LSU's friday night ace was on the shelf. If we have him, we likely sweep you.

Ranaudo was slated as the number 1 pitching prospect for this years draft all the way back to last year before his elbow gave him troubles. He's still trying to work back to full strength.
