Will we be pulling for the Jayhawks Tuesday Night or jumping on the Big Blue Wagon?

We had 7 scholarship players available tonight. Our top scorer Eli Carter, got into foul trouble. Couple that with the Miami guard shooting like his hair was on fire at the end and you have recipe for disaster

It is tough starting a walkon against a team like that. If Carter didn't get into foul trouble we would have been ok, but that was rough. We have a very tough schedule coming up, more than enough opportunities to make up for this loss.

And our starting PG was pretty damn bad today too.

It hurts for sure. Two meltdowns in 3 days. Billy always likes to suspend players at the beginning of the season and it usually costs us a game or 2. We'll be ok though when Walker, DFS, and Murph are on the floor.

That's what happens when we only have 7 dudes (8 counting our terrible walk-on). They got exhausted and Miami got a hot hand. Don't worry. We will be ready to dominate the sec again alongside Kentucky.

We are always massively short-handed to start the season. Miami has one very good player, and he played the best half of basketball he will ever play in his life.

We had like a 6'5 former equipment manager playing power-forward all game long. Granted, he's like the best former equipment manager ever.

I'm pissed about the loss, but this is not really even remotely what our roster will look like this season.

Horford looks like he was terribly utilized at Michigan. Frazier is going to be a beast this year, and Eli Carter will ball as well. Kasey Hill looks like shite as a scoring option and defender, but at least he got 8 assists to 2 turnovers. Chiozza actually looked pretty impressive as well.

At the end of the day, it is hard to win when you have one player on your roster (horford) that you can say is a post player with a straight face. If Walker and Finney-Smith were playing, I think we would have won by 20.

This shouldn't even be a question.

I would cheer for anyone over kU.

Y'all saved my sanity in 2012.
