Most of the UT folks I met were nice folks, and treated well.
There was that one guy with the Mullet waving an orange flag yelling "ROCKY TOP!" at random intervals. Him I threw ice at. To be fair, some time during the 3rd quarter the other UT fans pulled him down and gagged him with an odd looking glass funnel . . .

The UT fans in Knoxville were very nice to us last year. Weirdly nice. We kept getting invited to eat their food. I found that offensive.

Never in my life have I heard a UT fan yell "Rocky Top." We don't yell it - not how we roll. Maybe y'all need a Colbert inspired "Better Know An Opponent."
