I'd even go on to say that you can't hear anything from the SS except solid noise. You can't make out what is said.

Right. She just sits in her Rebel Club seats above the student section and is trying to say what we should and shouldn't say because she's embarrassed her rich friends were appalled at the language.
My message to Mrs. Tuohy. If you don't like hearing the students cuss, then move to the sky boxes or the Rebel Club on the east side of the stadium. Or hey, don't come at all.

Wisconsin is routinely ranked a top 5 public university, and their student section chants "eat shite" and "frick you" to each side. I don't think aptitude or class have much to do with it

shite, you know well enough that videos like that aren't actually made to prevent college kids from being college kids. It's just about making himself look better for the people that actually matter and care.
I remember being in the stadium the week they banned singing "the south will rise again" at the end of the song. The ending was sung as loud as I had ever heard it the second the band cut themselves off. What do you think is going to happen when you tell 10,000 drunk college kids to NOT do something?

Exactly. I hated TSWRA chant but as soon as Boone told the students not to do it, I knew what was going to happen and like you said it was loud as hell.

I only consider myself racist when I drive or watch the news but hearing TSWRA sung like that seriously made me cringe. For a school trying to distance themselves so far from the past I'm amazed they didn't put a stop to it until my junior year
