I might be embellishing a little, but I am confident we will rise to be the best program in Texas and thus be a premier SEC team.
We ain't the ones that broke it off. Texas claimed they had scheduling issues. Sounds a alot like 1995 with the bayou kitties.

Dude, get a grip. You play in the SEC west! Hardest division in NCAA. Home of 4 of the last 6 NC. Before you anoint your team a premier team in the SEC, You are going to have to beat Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas, and LSU

We've beaten Baylor something like 22 out of 24 and our sorry arse team demolished them by 4 TDs last year. We went cold against Tech when Leach was there but have beaten them 3 in a row, 2 of which were absolute arse kickings. Not to mention Tech didn't make a bowl last year and is just all around in the shitter now

New coaches and players. If we want to go back in time why not just go back to 1995 or the 1st quarter of the 2011 Cotton Bowl.

One of the coaches is going to have a win over someone besides Ole Miss. Question is, can they beat anyone else? If A&M wins, its going to be in shootouts, because the defense just sucks.
Cannot wait for a few years from now, when we have some defensive talent that aren't just freshmen.
