So in other words the fact that TAMU lands the number 1 QB in the country does not strike fear in the hearts of anyone other than the Mississippi teams. Thank you. My point exactly.

Last year we got the number one overall player, who is a defensive end. 2015, Daylon Mack might end up being the highest rated defensive tackle. Malik Jefferson, a 5 star LB, and Sheffield a 5 star corner. I realize maybe one player doesn't move the needle, but all of those will. For any intelligent fan of another program. But I've never thought Alabama had any intelligent fans.

If June Jones put Garrett Gilbert into the NFL (after Mack Brown ruined him), he can put Matt Davis into the NFL.

Gilbert was NEVER as weak sauce passing the ball as Davis. Lettuce bee cereal. It would be absolutely shocking if Davis lines up at QB for anything other than the occasional Wildcat package.

If he graduates early, and he has two years left of eligibility, then there are no restrictions I believe.
