Geometry says he’s about 33 yards away give or take a few yards.
The ref is a few yards in the hash and the player is a few yards inside the sideline so about 15 yards total. They are about 30 yards down field from each other so 225 plus 900 gives us 1125 and the square root of that is 33.54 yards. In other words, shut the frick up.

Well it did look like he may not be down, but no doubt the rabbit punch by the UT player was dirty.
