quote:

"I just look forward to playing and having an opportunity maybe to put something out there to maybe take things off of maybe what’s going on," McElwain said. "That’s one of the things we can do for those three hours maybe. People in Baton Rouge, they've been through unbelievable stuff, right? But this is an opportunity for them to cheer on their team, maybe forget about some of the things out there. Same thing for our fans. It’s like I said, three hours that you can take your mind off it."

really? This MF'er here thinks people that just got hit by a hurricane 6-12hrs prior is going to give 1 frick about this game and also make them feel better? Delusional. No wonder there are rumors about him not knowing how to run the program.

Nothing like asking people to travel to the center of where shits going down to take their mind off of the shite that's going down.

He's so full of shite. He's putting people's lives in danger by keeping first responders from helping the community so they can help with a football game.

The guy is pure scum. I thought we had the worst coach of the big 6 teams, Schmecklewang is giving Lyle a run for his money.

Forget about flooding and destruction by going straight to a cat 4 hurricane area.

I agree with McElwain. What's wrong with what he said?

LSU managed very well during the aftermath of Katrina. I'm sure LSU's players, fanbase, University, etc... all benefited from being able to focus on something other than the negative shite associated with a natural disaster of that magnitude.

You're right. It's all on him. Nobody else has a say in the matter.

They should sell out the stadium and everyone do lines. I'm talking everyone. Players. Coaches. Fans. Everyone.

A football game in a hurricane gives me the hugest fricking hard-on.
