This is my thought as well. If this is what got him suspended last season it really isn't right that it would get him in trouble again. Obviously if this is new than good riddance.

Some Bama fans supported Mizzou when the Mauk and DGB debacle happened, but many were not. Dustin Johnson was not, but he is of Cam.
Both were dismissed from Mizzou. I'm sure Saban will do the right thing. If this is the first offense for both Bama players and it is just a misdemeanor it should probably be a suspension. If it is their second they should be gone.
