What's the deal with this? What did he get suspended for the first time and was this second suspension related? Sorry if this is common knowledge, but I haven't heard a solid explanation for either suspension.

The first suspension, no reason given. Rumor is he liked to party.

Maybe he ran into someone dressed like him for Halloween? Or someone who just ran their mouth about his habits?
Regardless. He's not been arrested, but that's probably pure luck. After the month off, I'm sure he was on a no-tolerance page in Pinkel's book. My guess is ... he gone for good.

I haven't seen the part about Mauk getting in a fight. Just chatter that the night he was reinstated, after having apologized to the team, he got shite faced drunk at a bar in town. Supposedly people offered him a ride but he declined and drove himself home. No way to know what his BAC was but the chatter was just that people who saw him were sure he was hammered.
