No, because that would be the smart thing to do

Year ago. And it's been talked about ad nauseam.

I don't remember? I read the story months ago when it came out.

If it happened last spring, it was not when he was at OM. As far as the legal stuff, I have no clue how it played out. He obviously got it worked out.

How is this kid still playing?

To me, the question is what kind of University would allow him to play for them and represent the University. I think it makes it worse that this happened in the past. The University knew of his character beforehand and still made the conscious decision to allow this POS to represent them.

Let's not throw stones. Every school has these stories in their athletic history.

Yeah it has nothing to do with burying your head in the sand ignoring his past so you can make millions off the kid. I'm sure he's a stellar student taking full advantage of the academic opportunities being afforded him.

Most schools do, but they do not allow their players to keep playing.

It's a win win for both parties. But don't act like they are morally wrong for taking a chance on him

He probably hasn't done any more cocaine than the average frat boy at the average SEC school, so who gives a shite?

I actually don't blame them UM. For a while there, him and his story and his style of play energized a fan base and had people talking about them. Not a bad thing. Personally, I wouldn't have let the kid near the program if I had the choice, but there's probably a good reason why I'm not in a position to make that choice.
