Johnny Neumann was a great talent from Memphis and played one year at Ole Miss, the 68-69 season. Hung 63 on the Tigers in Baton Rouge that year. A long story, but he left before the season ended for money to help his family. I don't think Johnny's story and time relates to Marshall's story and time, except that they both were Rebels. And I've seen plenty of time. Probably too old for the feisty crowd on this board.

I know Marshall moved a little bogus money in one of his bad steps. $800, I think. LSU's "cannonized" Heisman winner, Saint Billy could teach Marshall a thing or two. I believe it was $50 million he cranked out in his mid-forties. Marshall has nearly a quarter-century to get the kid out of him and do it like a grownup.
