If Cam started as a RS Frosh, then he might not have been undefeated. Players mature physically and intellectually each year. Because we are talking apples to oranges, that argument does not prove anything. You need better arguments to claim his superiority.

Cam was matured by the time he took the field for AU and it showed. JFF is immature as shite, and he still produces at a high level, exciting to watch and is a great player.
In the end, if I had to choose one QB for only one season, it'd be Cam - the dude went undefeated and has the rings that count.
