Look at this way: as bad as the tea sippers were last yr, even their offense could have put 45 on the board against your defense. And one freshman is not going to change that. In all honesty, I know LSU has owned us in recent history. I think a big part of it was that your corners were able to lock down our receivers. The thing I'm interested to see in the coming years is the upgraded athletes we're going to be putting at receiver over these next few years. Our starting receivers this year (who did a solid job this year) included a JUCO transfer and a walk on. They were solid, but LSU's corners just completely locked them down. Guys like Speedy are the guys I think we need to take on secondaries like LSU. Just my thoughts.
