He's done wonders this year no dobut COY by far. Still one season is not enough evidence to say that.
I can agree with this. He will need to be able to sustain AU's success and compete for the SEC on a yearly basis to get that title. He is definitely starting off the right way.

this would be so
but doubt it happens...

I can't see UT choosing to pay the type of money to try and pull him away. I am not sure he would jump ship so soon from a program that gave him the chance coach big time football.
If Brown is gone I see UT dropping off a dump truck full of cash in Saban's driveway. Still not sure he leaves, but I think that would be UT's first move.

I doubt it too.
Malzahn seems like the Auburn type of coach.
But most HS in Texas run his Mickey Mouse offense so I do think he would clean up there.

Isn't Arkansas his dream job though?

One of the few reasons it sucks to have a great coach.

Gus isn't going anywhere and neither is Saban.
Both will stay where they are and will solidify the Iron Bowl as the greatest rivalry in sports over the next decade. Auburn and Alabama will be in the upper echelons of college football for the foreseeable future with these two at the helm.
Nick vs. Gus will be one of the greatest rivalries in college football history.

Nah. We may not have texas money, but we got big boy money we can throw around too. I'm not saying he is never leaving, but he just restarted here at AU and is about to play for the SEC with a good chance of doing the same next year... Or he can start from scratch at Texas

Malzahn isn't going anywhere. Sexton is getting his pay raise to stack with his Saban money.

So THIS is what it's been like for Bama fans for the past 5 years...

Name the last Auburn coach to be hired away to a "better" program.
Posted on 12/2/13 at 12:39 pm to Govt Tide
this should be moved to the coaching changes board

Auburn couldn't hire away Sumlin. Doubt they can keep Gus if the tsips really want him
