Luther Luke says that one criterion for declaring a head coach as racist is never having a black offensive coordinator. Mike Locksley was OC at Alabama and did a superb job, and he is now head coach at Maryland. I am sure that someone must have pointed this out, but I did not yet see it on the rant.
Also, Coach Saban was exactly right about the destruction NIL will wreak on college football.

So the typical reductive response of "anyone that says anything that doesn't help black people (or really only in my opinion helps black people) is racist"
