Congrats Tigers. No idea how the Bat Cats took two of three down there this season but I'll take it. We've got a young squad, hopefully we learned some lessons that will help us win next year. After opening loss to Auburn I have to wonder if Kentucky gets in a regional at all.

LSU will be booted early like last year when Houston spanked their arse.

You think Bama cares that they didn't win the SEC in football in 2011? About as much as Vandy cares about the SEC championship in baseball in 2014. Still it is a great accomplishment that only an NCAA title will top. You can argue that it is better to get to the CWS than win an SEC title and that would be the same with the playoff in football now. I think it is about the same given the importance of the sport.

Absolutely, as they should. An SEC championship in football means a lot more than an SEC championship in basketball or football.

Hey pal....talk about schedule inequities> your football perm. opponent is VANDY...lol The baseball SEC schedule rotates opponents off/on with NO perm. opponents from the opposite division, this is how ALL schedules should be !
OP you failed

LSU fans sure are singing a different tune compared to last year when we won the SEC and they won the SEC tourney.

Are you sure about that? Here's a thread from the tiger rant from last year that asked this very same question. Sure, some people were on the fence, but most were overwhelming stating that the regular season champions are better.

Dude, LSU lost ONE (1) SEC series this year, including winning 2 out of 3 vs A&M and USC each.....

That shite is hilarious coming from an Ole Miss fan with their perennial second-tier finishes in all sports.

We had Old Miss on the schedule, who knew how awful they would Turn out to be.

Yep. I'd prefer the regular season title over the tourney title. But don't come here with facts with most of us saying that last year too. It's hard for trolls to respond to that.

#1 SOS
Top 30 RPI
Likely a 2 seed in a regional
Your series win over OM is helping your RPI, you stupid frick.

So can we just assume Ole Miss will always suck. That way we will know how to schedule in the future.
We try to give yall fricksticks a little credit

OM will always be on your schedule regardless of how bad the Rebs suck due to the tradition of the rivalry
