From Coach Kelly: "We just did not, for some reason. We thought we were somebody else. We thought we were the two-time national champion Georgia Bulldogs or something. I don't know what we thought, but we were mistaken."

He allowed the team to think they were something other than they were - a 0-0 team. I can assure you Kirby Smart isn’t allowing his team to think they are waltzing to the ‘ship.

-Perkins mismanagement
If anything that the A&M game showed last year is that Perkins, despite his obvious talents, is susceptible of being run at directly. He is at his best at the edge either blitzing or running down RBs from the backside. He certainly is NOT a MLB.

Worst of all

The team buckled. Post halftime, the team was challenged and they blinked. That is the most worrisome issue if I’m a fan of that team.

I’ve tried to be non partisan here. LSU has talent but talent isn’t enough.

Hard to argue against this. The shots of Kelly looking punch drunk on the sideline can’t inspire confidence.

The team quit. I don’t know what they do to come back from this. They believed their own hype. What happens next? Who knows?

Kelly had some swagger and he let his kids have some swagger and they all got punched in the mouth. Can you stop it before the wheels completely come off? Only one way to find out.

That oline of LSU got manhandled early and often. Daniels made a bunch of plays with his feet to keep things going for awhile. It was clear that LSU offensive line has some bigtime issues.

The coaching was terrible.

Lsu has enough talent to win/not get blown out in that game.

Mike denbrock is vanilla. Nothing is easy on offense.

Norvell ran circles around him

I'm seeing LSU doing to Perkins what Texas did to Malik Jefferson a few years ago, almost ruined him.
You put the kid where his strengths are and let him wreck shop...he is one of the most talented, naturally gifted, edge guys in the country. Smh.

There were many issues last night, one of the biggest was the defensive coaches switching positions for Perkins, effectively neutralizing him. He was in pass coverage most of the time. WHY?????

When Kelly loses, he loses big.

FSU has the #20 ranked roster in 23' using the composite rankings. LSU is #7 and you would have never known it watching the game. Like you said, that's coaching.

Kelly had some swagger

Kelly has never had swagger and never accomplished anything that deserves swagger. He just fakes it.

Some very valid points - what is very concerning is as you mentioned - they buckled. Man, I hate to go so far and say the word quit- but they sure didn’t show any signs of urgency or fight in the second half when fsu started pulling away.

Last year in SECCG - when Georgia had the game well within hand- they still played hard, never quit, which was very encouraging. Last night - was not

Jobu is a good poster. He's not a troll. And in this case he's absolutely right.
