If Les can get a raise after a subpar season and a bowl loss to Clemson simply by talking with Arkansas, I can't wait to see the pay increase he'll get after a subpar season and a bowl loss to Texas now the the Michigan job is available.

That little text he sent out to UM prior to the game with tOSU may have been a shot across LSU's bow.

Bielema was a special case, he went to Arky because of the challenge of turning around a historically mediocre program. Unfortunately we can't use that as a selling point.
