Not trolling, but Ole Miss worse? I'm just not seeing that. On the field or paper. Our biggest question marks will be our secondary, but worse, no. This team has a chip on its shoulder. They're going to be playing that way. Now if that correlates to producing, then some may be eating crow, just like me as I type this. I could eat it also. But to say we're worse doesn't even make sense. One thing I can say is that I bet you that we will have everyone who gets playing time leave it all on the field. I'm hoping we see some resemblance of the landshark D. If they stay healthy and lights out, then it's game on.

And feelings aside i hope ya'll have a good season also, just not against us.

Here lies the problem with our country. We can't even help it on the chat boards.

Can we just see how the season plays out? None of you, zero knows how this season will go. You never judge a book by it's cover and you never judge a football coach on what he did at his previous stop.

If that would be the case, the Belichick's, Carroll's and yes, Saban's would have never got another shot!

What the hell are you smoking? You probably won't even have the same head coach halfway through the year. You lost 2 defensive players in the draft off a horrible defense and brought in a terrible recruiting class. How are you going to be anything but worse with everything going on? You know what, don't even answer that.

You've beaten state by a field goal the last 2 years and lost the year before that. I don't know who will win the game, but it will more than likely be a very close game.

We'll just let the season play out and see how it goes. Wasn't trolling. We have replacements. Maybe not the deepest but guys who can step in.

Right now we don't know if MSU or Ole Miss will go 12-0 or 0-12. This is why we play the games. Good luck

Well you can at least make an educated guess. Your replacements weren't starters last year on a bad defense. I'm sure they turned into SEC caliber players in the offseason though.

It's going to take real game experience before we actually know what they have learned and haven't learned. I admit, our defense was way below where it needs to be. Just hoping swapping up formations and hopefully playing with that chip on their shoulders will have a better outcome than last season. We pretty much can't go anywhere but up on defense hopefully. I'm hoping we at least have a .500 season. Or a game above. Can't really tell right now until they take the field. Who knows, the NCAA stuff may be worrying them more than we know, and they just tank the season. I'm hoping that's not the case.
