If Walter Football dosn't have Tim Williams in the first HALF of the first round, let alone the first round, then that tells me all I need to know about Walter Football. I'm not saying LSU doesn't deserve to have several 1st rounders, but to not have TW high on the list is ridiculous. And maybe they aren't considering RS sophomores, but Humphrey is as about as big of a 1st round lock as it gets. He's gone after this year.

wait, I understand now. LSU fans don't realize teams are allowed to use more than 2 receivers. Of course. BTW guys, you can.

It's funny that you're talking about what people don't realize and you don't realize that I'm saying they could individually start at both schools. Let me fix it for you slow guys, Dural or Dupre could break both aTm and Bama's starting line ups. Across from Ridley and definitely across from Kirk.

Outside of Kirk, who couldn't they beat out?

Ridley is the best receiver in the SEC. Followed closely by Christian Kirk. Josh Reynolds

I'd take Kirk over Ridley any day. People seem to think Ridley is Amari Cooper 2.0. He pales in comparison to Cooper.

Does the same principal apply to returning numbers on "D"?

LSU returns

75 more tackles on the DL
25+ more tackles at LB
100+ more tackles in the secondary

All that plus bama played 25% more games than LSU. That comes out to bama "D" being on the field for 150+ more plays that the LSU "D".

you do realize that those numbers are based on total games played?

And that bama played 25% more games than LSU. When you break it down to a per game AVG LSU returning DBs avg 15+ more tackles a game and actually had more passes defended per game than the returning bama secondary.

Go figure.

I'm thinking talent doesn't seem to matter today.
