Good, if not sloppy, game aggies. This game was very much like what Alabama did to LSU in 2009.

On LSU's final drive, they rushed the ball 11 times for 66 yards (6.0 ypc) on their 80 yard touchdown drive. LSU threw the ball once for 17 yards, but for all practical purposes, that was a run as well. Chavis' defense is small and rushing teams will have success salting games away in the second half. That being said, this defense put up much more resistance than Snyder's. Now you guys need to figure out what's going on with the offense. Good luck in your bowl game.

That whole small defense thing won't be changing anytime soon, either. Chavis will continue to recruit smaller defensive players and will be suspect to power running teams.

He likes speed. Not everyone can be like Alabama and have fast 260 pounders every where and unmovable 305 pounders by the bushel.

Who cares? He shouldn't have to hold a team to zero points for us to win games. Our offense should put up 25-30 a game or people get fired. Chief is the best in the game and he proved it with less talent.

At what point this year did the narrative become that you guys had less talent? I thought Chavis "never had talent like this anywhere."

Yeah, but nobody is gay? No sheep or sister humping? How is this mean? Well, but why no ugly words? Did Auburn soak your britches, too?!

It doesn't have to be mean. Aggy couldn't beat a team coached by a corpse with Kevin Steele at the helm of the defense. Even worse, Steele held them to fewer points than Chavis did last year. The performance said everything that needed to be said.

Steele actually now owns LSU's best performance against A&M in terms of points allowed since they joined the conference.

At defensive end. I don't recall anyone claiming we had more talent at linebacker, defensive back, or even defensive tackle.

A&M is talented everywhere on defense except LB. Y'all have two 5* DL starting for crying out loud.

Which is hilarious considering South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia who have worse offenses than A&M scored more on LSU than the Ag5 did. LSU's defense has improved and played extremely well last night. I can't wait for this recruiting class to supplement our current roster. Steele finna go off.

You can't assume this means he is a better DC. Every years team is different and aTm has a terrible OL and QB. Both have looked terrible. I could argue Chief has easily faced much better offenses at aTm

I didn't say that he was better. You drew your own conclusion from the fact that Steele has the best performance at LSU.

LSU'S clinching drive was the Guise TD. We weren't going to score.

You must not have seen our special teams before. Hell, our punter wanted to try and help you score a garbage touchdown for the road.

He could have punted it backwards and given us the ball at the 1 and we would find a way to Spav it up.

I'm not sure how bad a coach you have to be to double LSU in penalties, but that was the most surprising thing I took away from last night.
