LSU wishlist... What to deaux with all that $$$

Now I heard from reliable sources that the billionaires of the Sportsmans paradise have pledged big bucks to get rid of Les. Since that apparently ain't happening, I look forward to the other improvements this free capital will create
1. Properly fund LSU academics (lol)
2. Bagman for politicians
3. Bagman for recruits
4. Stadium expansions (needed for the first half of games only)
5. Trips to Nashville for bowl games under Les
6. Road improvements, statewide (seriously at least get I-49)
7. More oil storage to wait out this momentary short term drop in prices
8. Crime reduction in NOLA
9. Cultcha improvements in BR
10. A non phallic state house
11. Coastline restoration
12. Flipping houses in the Lower 9th Ward
13. Parking on LSU campus
Can anyone else think of anything that can be done with this blank check? I don't think we have spent it all yet
